Welcome Letter: This letter is either written by a company or an organization to welcome the client on board and thank him for preferring the company to meet all the satisfactory needs and desires. Many people in business heaved a sigh of relief when email began to take over most of their day-to-day correspondence. For example the letter may be written by a prospective customer who is looking for more information on a product or service offered by a company.
